This hands-on charity/tzedaka box project is a unique and wonderful arts and crafts activity for your students! Kids love the blank, house-shaped box and the ability to make it their own with paint, crayons, collage materials and our accompanying stickers - the first set of “giving stickers” on the market!
It’s a versatile craft that can be incorporated into daily or weekly campy themes exploring sharing and caring, generosity and empathy, social action, Israel, Darfur initiatives, environmental awareness and more.
The boxes can even be used for year-round projects and a vehicle for the camp to keep in touch with camp families. Kids can also swap boxes, have a charity raising contest between bunks and even do an exchange with other camps. Older kids can do the project paired with younger kids, too!
