The Creative Judaica Kit Company / Creative Resources

Creative Resources

Looking for an activity to do with children for a rainy day? Want some recommendations for charities we like to support? We’re delighted to launch this area of the site where we'll be growing a wonderful, content-rich place for you to get some great ideas.

Creative Projects

We are especially excited about this Creative Projects area where “The Art Teacher is In.” You’ll find projects and ideas that introduce Jewish heritage and tradition in an artistic and unique way. Visit our site monthly for a new project specially designed by an innovative Jewish Educator or creative mom that can be made with children of all ages at home or in school.

The activities will be simple, and will include a materials list, step-by-step written and visual instructions, a little personal insight written by the featured artist and a lesson plan for classroom use. Move over Martha, these are the “Good Jewish Things” we’ve all been waiting for!

Places to Donate

There are so many worthy causes and organizations to support. How to choose?

We have some favorites, and you probably do too. We'll be posting our list soon, but in the meantime, we love the guide that President Clinton has compiled in his book, Giving. It includes ideas for where to give money, volunteer time, donate items, personal skills and lots more.

We also recommend visiting the Charity Navigator website to research any organization that you are considering to support financially.
